Each Maxi is constructed from 38 tessellated irregular pentagons, pieced and topstitched with painstaking accuracy for maximum visual pleasure at the intersections. Quilted and lined, it’s a sturdy tote with four-layer walls of linen and cotton, and you can put it in the washing machine.
