This Evensong quilt bears a line from a popular poem about the stillness of evening by Alfred, Lord Tennyson, in the colours of Victorian décor and painting. 32 characters in a field of improvised patchwork resembling a lily pond. Hand quilted with thousands of tiny stitches.
Exhibited in the first contemporary design intervention at David Parr House, Cambridge in 2023.
