An anniversary quilt: 25 years

Twenty five years ago, Lisa and Dan were married in a redwood grove in California and they asked me to make them a quilt to mark their years together. The supplied a favourite, stirring quote from William James and asked for something that could evoke the hills and meadows of Sun Valley, a place they love.

Here is their special order, hand-crafted patchwork quilt, pieced in denim, chambray and piney linens with vintage shirting, flashes of green silk and a red bandana.
